Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use my services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the service.

Services

I provide the following web development services:

• Website design and development
• Next.js application development
• UI/UX design
• Browser extension development
• Website maintenance and support
• Consultation and advisory services

All services are provided based on a mutual agreement that outlines the scope, timeline, and payment terms for each project.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide clear and accurate project requirements
• Respond to queries and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content, images, and materials for the project
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Obtain all necessary rights and permissions for materials you provide

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of each project. Typically, I require an upfront deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, PayPal , JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay,Wise
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be paused if payments are not received on time

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in our agreement. However, I retain the right to:

• Use the project in my portfolio and marketing materials
• Reuse general coding techniques and solutions developed during the project
• Retain rights to any pre-existing code or frameworks used

You warrant that any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed in the contract. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

Major changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a revised quote and timeline.

Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may cancel the project with written notice. In case of cancellation:

• If cancelled by client before work begins: Full refund of deposit
• If cancelled after work has begun: Refund based on work completed
• If cancelled by me: Full refund of any payments made

Limitation of Liability

I strive to provide high-quality services, but I cannot guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

I am not responsible for:

• Loss of data or profits arising from the use of my services
• Issues caused by third-party services or hosting providers
• Security breaches beyond my reasonable control
• Content or materials provided by the client

Confidentiality

I respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
